Return policy
- Order cancellations are accepted up until the item is shipped.
- Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

- Each item is made to order, which means a processing period of about 2-7 business days is required to get your order ready for you
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Items are shipped from Canada
Jewelry care tips
- Wearing your jewelry regularly helps to keep the silver shining! (From the natural oils of your skin)
- Avoid wearing your jewelry swimming or in the shower. It will last longer!
- They are strong, but still delicate. Treat them with love ♥
- If the silver does tarnish, dont fret, it happens. Gently scrub with a baking soda and water paste, wipe and dry completely. This will do the trick!
Customs
We are always willing (and excited!) to create a custom piece for you! If you see something you like but would like a different colour or size option, or if you have an original idea you would like executed, send us a detailed message and we can work together to bring your idea to life!
How we do our part for the environment
We do our best to do our part for the environment and lower our carbon footprint. Some ways in which we do this include:
- Making our product "made to order". this helps us to not over produce or be wasteful.
- Our packaging is either recyclable or repurposed materials
- We buy supplies locally when possible
- All of our scrunchies are upcycled fabric
- we use repurposed beads to create limited edition jewelry
